CHARITY EVENT DAY ORGANISERS

On behalf of the ‘On Your Marks’ team, we sincerely wish to thank you for all your fantastic support and help you have given us to help make this year’s Charity event day such a great success.
The God’s certainly shone on us this year by giving us a rain free day and the turnout by everyone certainly confirmed this.
We are very proud to announce the record amount of money raised for this year’s event held on
Sunday 2nd August 2009 is an outstanding
£ 30,750.
This money will be split between the 3 nominated charities, Wishes For Kids, CLIC Sargent and Sparks
With each charity receiving £10,250 each.
In an environment of the present climate, where the world appears to be falling apart, Events like this remind us of the importance of community. We all have something to offer & it proves that Charity is at the heart of us all if we just dig deep enough. Everyone who donated & aided to make the ‘On Your Marks’ day possible deserves no less than the highest commendation. The positive energy displayed on the day gives us all the strength to carry on for what is right & good.
As you probably know, we like to invite the families of the charities and get them to enjoy our day along with us. To see the faces of the Children and their families on the day as they take their pick of the cars they want to go in at the wish gate encourages us to keep this event going and make as much money possible for these worthy causes.
