Just thought I would ask if anyone else has had problems with their Aquaracer's, I have had to take mine back to the shop today and they are sending it back to Tag.

The problem is with the chronograph which has decided that it will not switch to Chrono Mode only Regatta Mode (but in two steps within the Regatta section on the dial). It will not re-set the hands back to 12 o'clock, they either go to '5 to 5' or '5 past 7' the lady in the shop told me it's the second TAG they have had back. She went on to tell me that it 'only needs resetting!!!' it's only 6 months old and I don't want to have to send it back to TAG every 6 months!..........should of bought the Omega!!!!

it's a mechanical device - things can go wrong.

If its any comfort, my Omega Speedie (bought in January on not worn much) is back with Omega at the moment having a sticking chronograph hand fixed. (3 weeks and counting)

Will apparently come back with a new two year warranty

Be interested to see if TAG do the same for you

Thanks for the reply, I know things can go wrong and maybe I was just unlucky - just interested to see if there was a number of them going wrong

Hope you get your 'speedy' back soon

not sure if this applies to your watch but some chronographs you can reset the resting posistion by doing the following:

Chronograph zero set:

This procedure is only necessary when the battery is replaced, or when the
Chronograph hands do not return to the ‘0’ position, when the Chronograph
mode is selected.
1. Gently pull out crown to position C.

2. Push TR Button to advance the sweep second hand to the 12 0’clock position.
Please note each push of the TR Button will advance the hand 1 second.
Alternatively, depress and hold the Button for 2 seconds and the hand advances
continuously.

3. Push BR Button; this automatically re-sets sub dials. Each subsequent push
will advance the Second hand on sub dials by 1 marking. Alternatively, depress
and hold Button for 2 seconds; the hand will advance continuously until released.

4. Push in crown to Position A.

Brabus - you are my hero. I had an old Seiko Chronograph in a box which I only used when working on the car as the Chrono hands where all messed up. I am now wearing it as the TAG has gone back and I have just done what you listed above and all the hands are now back in the 12 o'clock position

Thanks
