Ive got a 316 compact and recently its started making a slightly weird noise. When the engine is under any load it makes a noise like the bearing has gone in it.
Its done 74k and from what people are saying im expecting it to be a water-pump. Does this sound possible?
Im sorry for the vaugeness of this post but its really hard to descrbe the noise. But its definitley coming from the front of the engine.
