2003 316ti question

Hi all,
Have been reading these forums for a while but this is my first post. I hope someone could be of assistance.
I am looking to buy a house and as such I am having to sell my beloved 316ti SE. Am interested as to what you guys think I could get for it:
2003 (03) 316ti SE in Blue
50600 miles
FSH (Part BMW part private)
Recently serviced (13250 miles showing untill next service)
4 New tyres
TAX and MOT until end Feb 2010
I have replaced the BMW CD changer with a Sony one
Front brake pads brand new
Any ideas as to how much I could get for it selling it privately?
