margheritas. but make them like martinis, none of this frozen nonsense.

lovely, lethal, and easy.

you just need tequila, lime, and triple sec...

for a real mexican twist, rim the glass with a mixture of salt and chilli flakes....

Bloody Maria.

Everything you'd otherwise put in a Bloody Mary, just substituting the vodka for tequila.

Yum, and other one here for Margeritas. Sour as possible, and no crushed ice.

a simpleone is the Tequila sunset - tequila, orange juice, and grenadine poured in down the side of the glass so it sinks to the bottom and slowly mixes up while you drink just like, er, a sunset. Reminds me of the 80's.

And of course don't forget the daddy of cocktails - Long Island Ice Tea, but with four other white sprits, isn't exclusively a tequila cocktail.

Straight with ice, salt and lime is also fine.

I have a similar reaction to that with several spirits ...

Lots of shot glasses? buy some lemons/limes and pinch a salt shaker from a little chef.

What more do you need?

Tequila suicides

Down the Tequila shot
Snort the line of Salt and then
Squeeze the Lemon into the eye...

Very entertaining

I had to photograph a groom and his best men doing exactly that recently. Very idd but they seemed to like, or possibly hate, it.

one lowball glass
four large ice cubes
two measures decent tequila, Sauza Gold is about as good as you'll get from a supermarket
one measure triple sec
top up with 'Don Simon' lemon juice
quarter wedge of lime, squeeze then chuck in

I had four of these at home last night, delicious.
