Hello from a new forum member

Hi guys

Well having signed up to the dating part of the forum I thought I may as well say hello properly! I was originally going to save my first post until after I'd bought a Monaro, but had to post in order to reply to the other thread. In time you'll soon realise I never do things in a sensible order

Anyway..I've just left Fiat Coupé ownership, where I'm still an active member of their forum, but I'm now moving into Monaro loveliness - and preferably a VXR500. I originally picked C8PPO's brains about these cars and it's really thanks to him I'm here (he is also still an active member of the Coupé forum) so hi Cappo if you're still about, and thanks for pointing me in the right direction

Right, time to get the ball rolling on my new car purchase. Oh, bugger.. I'm in work. Dammit! Maybe later

I'm in North Staffs, right on the border with Cheshire. Them lot over the border are far too posh for me though, so I stick with the Stoke side! From what I can gather most owners seem to be more south-based, but that's no problem - I've travelled further for Coupé meets, and the missus actually enjoys the chance to get out and about for a weekend away.

Yes well of course it might be rude not to get an intercooler and wortec headers, then maybe go forged and get a bigger intercooler, ooh and not forgetting a live map... after the warranty runs out, of course
