Hi All,
I would like to know the cost of the 4 year service for my 2005 Vantage. I was told is an expensive one and I was quoted gbp 1280 by Lancaster. I ask this as I understand there are not too many early cars being serviced yet... (maybe my post help other "early Vantage adopters"!)
Any other experiences? Is this a standard AM price or each dealer has a different one?
Many thanks in advance

I thought they ran in 3yr cycles, so 4 would theoretically be the same as 1 save for any worn parts...

Could be very wrong though.

im sure RIck from DMS will be along soon with a proper quote, but mine was not really any more than any other service so far....im sure it will be 1/2 that at DMS, I think my 4 year one was about £900 at Grange, but I had some other work done also

Many thanks for the responses. Regarding the cycles, I was told is 12 and 24 months cycles, so my car will be at the 4th cycle (12, 24, 12+24, 24+24) which apparently is the expensive one.....

Here is an overview of the major items required on service intervals for the V8 vantage,

Dealers do vary in prices, so worth shopping around and some will negotiate on price, Independent specialist price for this service would be £495.00 inclusive of vat.

thanks Rick smile

so every 4th year, its tranny oil and wiper blades ...probably a whole £50 more and some labour ...

Over the time/mileage Ive had my Vantage now, its worked out cheaper in servicing/consumables than my old RS6 and TVR Sagaris

the affordable daily driver Aston Martin smile

im sure they are - just within the M25 area the labour rate can vary from £90 per hour to 160, its a 6.5 hour service, so thats £455 + vat difference between the cheapest and most expensive dealer

this I found out 3 years ago when booking my car in for a service, and Grange in Brentwood were the only ones under £100 an hour at the time, and luckily thats where I lived smile
