There's a guy down on Wyther Lane estate in Kirkstall/Armley who was recommended to me by GSF as knowing everything there is to know about VWs.

Unfortunately, I don't remember the name... redface

Quick search reveals Pee Jay Motors is the only garage down there. Drop them a line and see if I'm talking rubbish or not!

+ 1 for IVC in Leeds. I used them for 3 years when I had a Golf GT TDI as a daily smoker.

IVC managed to overfill my car with oil by over half a litre (4l instead of 3.2) despite me telling them specifically it wouldnt need all the tub I supplied.

I would highly recommend Charlie @ FAR Servicing. He owns the garage/servicing side of FA Ropers, the German car specialists.

I've used him for years. He is honest, reliable and his prices are much more appealing than dealer rates!

I avoid IVC like the plague after the way they treated my 2 hour old S3.

IVC are ok, but they did return my Leon to me with the boot light no longer working after repairing a leaking rear washer pipe!

There's a place called Volks Works near Thomas Danby college. Had him look at my Leon once for some reason, and when he didn't find anything wrong he wasn't after paying for having spent time looking at it.

Gave him a few quid anyway as a thanks.
