OP - I feel your pain.

A certain lender whose name is also used to describe a type of religious building got a client's current address wrong on the mortgage offer.

The lender refuses to accept their word for it and requires me to write to them directly to confirm the correct address.

The Client had banked with this former building society for over 30 years and this is their first house move in 20...
