I love this guy's work- his MX-5 was amazing and this Mini looks as if it will be better.

As I can't be arsed to read through all eight pages on the thread did anyone point out to the guy that Minis only have two inlet ports (and three exhaust ports) and so couldn't have twin DCOE carbs?

plenty of minis running split webers (where they use one choke of each carb) or even 7 port heads running twin webers properly ..
