Heres the pics i took from thursday nights antics, was some awesome cars on the night, the porsche club sport being a particular favourite, aswell as the big Pantera... that thing was a monster!!

Thanks. It's a great drive and handles well enough for a forty year old car. My wife had a choice of cars when we bought the Pagoda ten years ago and she used it everyday for five years without a hitch. It's never let us down and is built like a tank. I guess that's why the Germans call them 'panzerwagens'

It was the last Merc SL to be built up to the engineers spec. and not down to a budget. When new you could buy two and a half E-types for the cost of the SL, that's kind of turned around a bit now with prices of E-type roadsters going through the roof.
Anyhoo, was pleased to see you raised as much as you did, I'd go so far as to say there was enough interest for you to capitalize on this, especially with the photo's you've posted. You should consider doing another one. If you do, I'll definitely be along to support it.
