Range Rover Sat Nav audio system not working

Hi all,
started up my RR this morning only to discover media system is not working; it only displays the Landrover logo on the LCD screen with an orange light blinking on the on/off button. It is stuck on this screen regardless of what buttons you press- no sound from T.V.,C.D., radio or even the aux socket- everything is totally locked. Phone still pairs with it but no screen to operate it from. I was wondering if anyone else had had this problem and if so was there a quick fix (reboot). It is a 56 TDV8 vogue.

Have you tried disconnecting the battery for 20 mins or such, let the system power down.

I've just tried that and everything now works fine.
