T350 Bluetooth Handsfree????

I recently fitted one of the new Parrot MKi bluetooth handsfree kits to my daily runaround which is great, but I ended up getting a good deal on 2 kits and was gonna sell one of them on ebay...

My question is: am I stupid to consider putting the other kit in the T350 as it will simply be impossible to hear it? they are dead easy to fit, especially as it uses standard ISO sockets and then both my cars will have handsfree.

I know im probably going to get abused by many for asking this but what gave me the idea was a Gallardo that I was driving yesterday morning which has a Larini backbox and the same Parrot kit which you could hear quite well.

Anyone else got one fitted?

I had a BT unit in my T350 and it was useless. I could hear the other person fine, but all they heard was background noise (exhaust)

May depend on what headset you buy and where you site the mic.
I fitted a Pioneer BT headset and it works a treat in the T350 fitted the same in the chim with the roof down i did have to shout a bit
Id say do it S/H about £100

I would try it. Its the location of the mic thats the killer. I woulkd say wind noise will be more of a problem than the exhaust. Had a go in the Tam but too much noise from the roof/window. Anyway its just another distraction from the dials/world flashing by

As Justin said. Driver can hear fine but the person on the other end of the call gets plenty of car noise effects (possibly worse as I have a T) but can barely hear the conversation. My voicemail message says that I may be in the car (amongst other stuff) and most people seem to think this is a good reason for not picking up my phone.
