Now I seem to be getting more and more, I'd like to get a case to keep them in. Say maybe 6-8 pieces?

I travel around, so would like something fairly compact and light-ish.

Amazon have a few on there, but wondered if anyone had a recommendation? Don't want to spend much either if possible, not fussed about Italian leather and carbon fibre!

Seem much better value than some I've seen, have you thought about a watch roll type if you're travelling a lot?

I ordered from Watch Winder - should turn up in the next day or two.

So far, very impressed. Email updates at each stage, payment taken, expected date of posting, parcel sent, tracking number.

Blowers do a great range of watch winders, boxes and traveling cases.

I have this

for carrying an extra watch on my travels and a collectors box.

For an "all in one" travel case and collectors box, would look at this

By no means cheap, but I assume nor are your watches?

That's exactly how I found Nick.
He's quite a friendly chap. I had many a long email message with him before I made my purchase.

I've often wondered about getting something like this. Trouble is that I can't get away from the fear, when travelling, of whichever watches aren't on my wrist being extremely vulnerable to theft. I actually wore two watches to travel on a business trip a couple of years ago because I didn't want one not to be on me until I had access to a safe. Now these watches weren't exactly Harry Winstons or anything like that, but all my watches have some sentimental value which would be impossible to replace in case of theft.

Maybe I'll just have to continue my quest for the perfect all rounder, and keep buying!

No more than I fall for the "I still haven't found the perfect handbag/shoes/trinket/whatever" line, no.
