I know its not a £30,000 Rolex and only a cheap one "off eBay" but how the hell do you remove the links? Are they one long pin and are they tapered directional?

I have kept the plactic on the face as well as the links to protect it.

They're probably split pins. Are there any arrows on the links inside the bracelet?

You need to push the pins out in the direction of the arrows with a small metal implement.

It will probably cost only £2 at a jewellery shop or even be free, why not just take it there?

and once more

STRAPS are made from leather, rubber, fabric etc.

BRACELETS are made of metal.

yes

Always had it done for free when I've taken any watch to the jewellers.
