What a top bloke!!

I had heard so much about rick and the superb service he provides, so naturally there was ONLY one place I was going to visit when upgrading the exhaust on my vantage!

All the work was carried out to the highest standard and rick's enthusiasm for all things Aston martin just shines through!!

It took about 2 hours for the swap (rick was heavily slowed down by all my questions!) and what a transformation!! But before that it was sobering to note I had many screws missing and a wiper blade that was not replaced during service!!

I won't mention where the service was done but considering it cos 1k it's appaling to see that level of workmanship!! But back to better news and how a car really should be looked after!

The tubi exhaust sounds devine, it pops it crackles and the revs rise with more gusto and more importantly revs drop much quicker giving the feel of a much more reponsive engine!! Highly recommended and the sound is so so so much more richer and varied than with f22 out. I was initially worried about the so called Italian sound to the exhaust note but it's not materialised. The exhaust tone has retained the same pitch and growl as before but with a deeper bassier howl and a much much nicer start up!

Rick also reflashed the ecu so the car feels more livelier and runs more smoothly too.

So many thanks to rick for a lovely time and also to Frazier and the work experience lad who made the lovely cuppa!!! I shall be back for the ecu upgrade if I still have the car in a years time. I'm hoping to get married nxt yr and the fiancée might look at the lavish lifestyle with some concern!! smile

Good job rick !!!
