Hi Guys,

My Ferrari F360 needs a brand new F1 Pump aparently. Can you point me in the direction of where i can get one?

AN independant has tried to charge me £1400. Please advise?

I think someone on here said they were the same as the Alfa Romeo Selespeed pump so it'd be worth doing a search for the thread with the details.

I think I paid Joe Macari around 1500 for a new F1 pump when mine went. I later found out that you could get it done cheaper...

It annoying as it's one of those things that seems to go for no reason and offer no real improvement when replaced with a new one (vs tyres clutch etc)!!

Some people on here seem to get away with running a 360 for about 50 quid a year (plus petrol) but with things like F1 pumps going I think you have to budget for at least 5k and then see it as a bit of a windfall at the end of the year if you get away with less!

Good luck getting it sorted - at least when it's done you can cross it off this list of things that might go wrong in the next few years!

Do a search - a similar topic was asked not too long ago - I posted a link to a maserati website where there were details about getting the pump refurbed for less than £200.

Apologies for the typos - I'm on my phone.

ETA: Here's a linky to the other topic http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a...
