Bluetooth on a mondeo-? Help

Ok so no instructions in the manual and my phone can see the ford as a Bluetooth but where do I get the password to pair them? How do I add my phone to the list in the Sony ? The x owner had 4 phones linked help mogue be being very stupid here but tried lots of things now and not getting any progress

Yep, 0000 then enter the pin number that appears on the radio display. Confirm auto connection with 'yes'
