Gift Ideas Please?

Been with my girlfriend for nigh on a year, and was wondering what the PH massive suggest I do to mark the occasion. Do I buy her something, or take her out to dinner. Just wondering what you people think would be a nice gesture to mark the occasion.

I was thinking some flowers, meal out somewhere and maybe a small gift.

I know ive left myself open to a hoard of abuse and crazy suggestions but there may be one out of the lot thats a good Idea? And no jokes about the oxo tower please...

Meal, weekend away, or some form of jewellery would all go down well I imagine.
