Now for sale! Damn Pistonheads itchy feet syndrome biggrin

UPDATED WITH NORTH WALES HOON PICS PG2!

UPDATED WITH NEW PICS PG2

It's been a long road (I sold my 944T months ago now) , Took a lot of searching but i finally got my hands on an e39 M5 woohoo

Picked it up last friday...What a car!

It's a 2000 model with sat nav and phone. Blue on black leather and brushed alluninium trim.

I'm still only feeling my way around it at the moment but i can tell this thing has immense potential for uber-schnelling. Travelled down to the gold cup at Oulton park on monday with 4 adults and luggage following friends in a V8 Ford GT40 replica and a tuned RX7. Absolutely no problem keeping up eek

Anyway, Just been out for a lunchtime blast on the moors, I'll make no appologies about the filth, been too busy driving! When i get it all cleaned up i'll take some better pics and get some of the interior/engine ect.

The cars got full history and loads of receipts which seems unusual for these cars, Was sorting it out today and found an original sales brochure, might be of interest to some...

Not sure about the plate...I'll probably sell it if it's worth anything. what do we think PH?

Cheers,

Scho.

Thanks!

It's done 103K miles. I don't put how much my cars cost on the web as it can come back to you on re-sale. There are loads of these available sub 10K though! Amazing value when you think they were 60K new.

That 360 tiff does. i can do that in mine. honest.

Seriously, I've spent the last few months watching you tubes finest m5 vids nerd

Like this one myself: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WJ-XKifsacw

The sports pipes DO sound amazing, I'm not sure mine is standard anyway to be honest. I think it sounds pretty fruity as is cloud9

I'll try and do one of those vids if i get chance.

Lovely car you have here, enjoy.

I'm going to replace the family bus with an E39 528 soon, need reasonable fuel bills as the TVR drinks enough.

Your car has done 103k, are these bigger engine 5 series pretty bomb proof at 90-100k, i'd be interested to hear how tight your car is after 100k?

What a lovely place you have to drive around.
