Hi guys,
I think the brand/model speaks for themselves but after trawling through loads of watch sites I saw this:

http://www.swisswatchesdirect.co.uk/swisswatches/2...

£930 for black faced Seamaster. Does anyone know anything about these guys? Genuine? Good deal? Certainly a nice looking watch but would I regret not getting the blue version?

cheers

I have never heard of those guys before. Have a look on blowers-jewellers.co.uk at some second hand models. From what I have heard blowers are excellent and can be trusted. If this is going to be a big purchase then spend the money on piece of mind.

not saying it's good or bad - but do you realise that model is quartz not an automatic?

On first glance I have got caught out with what seems like a bargain only to realise on closer inspection that the watch in question is a quartz version of what I've been looking at.

Swiss Watches Direct do NOT have a good reputation - try googling them.

Sounds like you don't want the quartz version, but do you REALLY want a James Bond version? Are you a secret agent? I'd go for a nice, non special edition mechanical version if I were after an SMP.

Blue dialed, but this one was £695

and this one was £875
