Well some say it's going to be an Indian summer,

I'd like to confrim that after driving 80 miles tonight in the pi%%ing rain in the Wedge it is no . Indian Summer !!

Car was ok, but bit scary in the floods, as currently got my 280 HP ecu in as a temp fix instead of the 230 HP ECU

Who knows what fun the rain will be with 300 HP yikes

Paul - it really was heavy rain. Not nice in any car - but especially a wedge.

It's a complete front subframe off a Mk3/4/5 Cortina.

I know it well from when I once stripped and rebuilt every bit of one in my kitchen...back in good old bachelor days. hehe

It's a pity TVR didn't just bolt it straight onto the Wedge chassis....would have made a re-build a bit easier. smile

It makes Steves coil over conversion look like a great move when you see the bend in the springs like that!

You're buildig a trike aren't you Graham? LOL

If it wasn't out in the wind enough for you with the 400
you are now going topless on a trike?

Am I right?

Rich
PS Missed you are Harewood Hillclimb - it was a good day out

They take up a different angle with half a ton resting on them. wink

That view is from the rear, and tipped back onto the ARB at the front.

Hi Rich smile

No trike mate...just a pic I found....food for thought though. scratchchin

Sorry didn't get to Harewood, just too many things to do, including going up to Cumbria that day to look at a 280 FHC.

I still fancy getting one with a good chassis and shoving a 289/302 in it. biggrin
