COD4 No longer working on-line!?!?

Ok,

I did the update, and it went fine, 12mb downloaded etc..

BUT now when I go to play on-line, it finds my user name, then when I click to find a match, it just sits there with Downloading Settings - it's sat there for 10 mins today still doing the same thing...

However, there isn't an issue with the PS3 etc. because I can play COD 5 without a problem on-line.

So, how do I cure it?

It was switched off last night and it didn't work yesterday or today?
