Whenever I hear of stories like this, my disdain for the self serving scum and benefit fraudsters increases exponentially.

It really is a disgrace that whilst serving, away and in the line of fire, we are paying only £16,000 for the most junior rank, and out of that figure they are paying tax to keep 2.4million people on benefits.

What a bloody farce.

£6000 pay increase to bring them inline with the Police "service" and no income tax or NI whilst in theatre.
