3 series 3 x seatbelts rear?

The new 3 series and the last M3 series do they have 3 seat belts in the rear? was/is this an option.

thanks

My e46 M3 does. It has a 3 point belt which is an option I think. All should come with the 2 point lap belt (if not, it isn't hard to fit).
