One thing that really pi$$es me off about less car forums is the ridiculous avatars/sigs/mission statements/life stories on every single post. Incredibly irritating.

Having said that, the ability to put one discreet pic of a set size under your name would be very swish

That's part of what makes PH great - the discussions aren't swamped by sigs with pics and stupid mottos.
