147 GTA questions

Hi all. Considering a 147 GTA as my next car. They seem great value but have a few issues I need to research before taking the plunge. I saw 3 of these at the Nurburgring and I think it would make a much more practical replacement to my S2000, plus it's just one of those car I've always wanted evn though it is FWD.
I'm going to try and get one with the Q2 diff and cambelt changed as there seems to be many about with this already done.
I've heard the radiator and front suspension arms may need replacing as these are a common fault. Anyone know how often they need doing (approx) and how much it costs? Any other faults that may need addressing? I will probably upgrade the exhaust and suspension.
In terms of how they drive, I obviously realise theyhave a heavy engne up front and are FWD, but can you get the rear end to come alive and induce lift off oversteer?
Finally, i presume they are in the highest tax band and I can expect 20mog round town and 25 on a steady run?
