Have done a decent job of respraying my wheel arches but have not been so successful blending them in to the rest of the panel (now its dried it a bit patchy) so would like to remove this blending layer and redo. I haven't applied any lacquer at all.

Most of it has come off but not all - as theres no lacquer on top should the remainder polish off by hand or will I need to use something more aggressive?
