Stig mentioned that some of you guys are over here in the Fatherland the weekend of the 20th...I'm hoping to make the short run from here down to the ring to say hello, but coincidentally was talking to one of my colleagues in work this afternoon and it turns out his club (7 series beemers) are also going to be down at the ring on the 20th (primarily the south loop) and he was quite interested to hear that some more Monaros and R8's were coming to Germany too smile

I'm not sure if the 'ro can make the trip, but my little ring weapon (1.2 Corsa) may make an appearance biggrin

There's also an Opel show that TV are coming over to visit too, I'm kinda torn between the two choices at the moment...

Hotel Rieder - its just down the road from the ring, basically in the middle of a small housing estate. Very nice and easy to get to.

lol, no you won't - it's shafted biggrin

One of the main supporting pillars was found to be freestanding which had caused vibrations etc....there's no current estimate for when it will be back up and running again...

I assume your taking the new wagon Stig or is it another hairdresser convention you're covertly planning to attend?

IL drop you an e. mail link to the hotel so you can chat direct - rooms are booked under R. Hall. As for helmets there is no need/requirement unless you feel your driving warents one...? smile

One thing to be aware of (I know you guys have been before etc, but always worth saying)...the bikers at the moment are nutters, with the weather starting to get pretty changable over here it's like they're thinking the worlds going to end after their next lap and are taking some big risks at times.

It's always the same when the better weather comes, they go mental for the first week or so then it calms down a bit until now when they know the good weather is coming to an end again...
