It's A 'Name That Film' Thread...

I saw this a couple of years ago but I can't for the life of me remember what it was called;

Eastern European film about an old peoples home/club entertainer, travelling to a gig, whose van breaks down in the middle of some god-forsaken woods. An inbred, redneck forest dweller appears & takes him to an inn, where the nutty landlord proceeds to dismantle his van, take him prisoner, dress him up as a woman & invite all the local goat fkers to come & torture the living st out of him...

Anyone else seen this vision of hell & can tell me what the heck it is called please?

Nah, I'm pretty sure Dick Van Dyke wasn't in it...
