Hi all,

Following on from my problem page (thanks all for your input) does anyone have a flapper airflow meter they could lend me for a test?

Also, a spare ECU anyone?

Cheers guys!

I have both together as a pair but bear in mind that I identified an intermittent fault on the ECU where it would occasionally overfuel, however if this isn't your problem then it's worth a try.

Not if you have a flapper - it'll be in the hotwire wedge parked next to you!

NP - might be worth checking if Leighs ECU is free from faults.

I used Leigh's ECU as a tester and was fine for my flapper 350i and proved my diagnosis of a dodgy ecu on my car!

I had an intermittant problem on my 350 with rough running
Used Taffo's ECU and ran fine so a very kindly fellow Wedger
then checked and resoldered all the joints and cured the problem totally
