If it was a gas blow back TM Deagle, would bite your hand off, just broke the mag for mine 
Selling guns is one of those grey areas in the law, if you join any airsoft forum, you wont be allowed to sell them with such low post counts, have you got an airsoft site close to you? Best bet is to go down there and ask if anyone is interested

ETA: No you couldnt sell them on the PH classifieds, as you dont know who will get hold of them and what they will do with them, as there are laws about selling realisitic imitation firearms
Also WRT that fat kid, who puts a scope on a support weapon? There is nothing tactical about a gun which can empty a 3000 round box mag in a minute or so, what are you going to do snipe them with a 60 short burst

I believe the M4 is "TM" but would have to check when i get back mate.
You can't sell to anyone under 18, and anyone who does buy it, you must be satisfied that they have a defence in law to purchase airsoft equipment. Essentially they need to be members of an airsoft site which has public liability insurance (or something like that). If they aren't a member or provide sufficient evidence that they can purchase the equipment, and they go on and commit an offence and you are traced as the source of the RIFs you could be in a whole heap of poop.
Of and you can sell to reinactors or theatre groups as well so long as they have proof. You can't sell to coppers or military unless the above is also true.
