Found this company on the web, don't know anything about them but they seem to get a recomendation on an Audi forum for refinishing wheels.
The aeromax finish may be of some interest to anyone blinging there engine or wanting a polished look to thier wheels without the hastle of polishing them and with the durability of powder coat.

I found a great shot/bead/sand blasting place in Slough called CMF. They have done outstanding work on so e engine components at very reasonable prices. Will be taking wheels next week. Between £160 and £200 for bead blasting and powder coating the full set. Not bad.
