Over the weekend, I saw a Cayenne Turbo with the number plate RUF1. Isn't this plate owned by porsche gb?

Don't know if Porsche GB owns the plate. Did the car look modded in anyway? or is the plate being wasted!!

seriously doubt porsche uk owns the plate,,RUF are an independent company who register vehicles under their own Vin numbers, as well as modifying existing Porsche registered cars. the UK arm based in Surrey disappeared a few years ago.

Clubsport.If you wanted an R turbo where would you go then?
Would you have to get in touch with RUF in germany?

Always like to keep this type of info in my head just in case

yes that would be the way to go. AdamT is the guy to ask, he has detailed the build process on a superb website and it is very informative.

I saw 007 on a tacky white 1980s Rolls Royce in South Kensington today...now thats a waste!

Not really an advert, but if it's naughty, someone remove it
But I think a mate is still trying to sell his Porsche number plate it's P666CHE (I think) it's going quite cheap drop me a email if anyones interested
