Does anyone on here have the Lohen LCS2 conversion (or worse case LCS1) for a MK1 MCS?

I am really enjoying my 2005 MCS however it is A) not quite as quick as I would like and B) sounds a tad weak. The LCS2 version looks like a great value for money package however it would be good to get some information from owners who have had this conversion installed. What is the performance like? Sound? Opinion on the value? etc.

I know people will probably say go to Mini2. I have, no matter what, I'm unable to locate any reviews or ownership opinions so if you do have a link to a post here (PH) or there (Mini2) then I would be very grateful.

Thanks in advance.

Lohen have a good reputation and have sold a lot of kit, though their prices seem a bit high. Have a look on minitorque.com, the guys on there know their stuff and generally speak from experience (there are quite a few 250+ bhp owners on there). They'll be able to advise you.

make sure you try a few that suit your style as JCW was a bit disapointing for me.

Do most of the tuning companies have test vehicles to try?

What he said. By far the best out there and you can read opinions on 1320 on minitorque.com. They seem to get the largest gains for the smallest outlay. To be honest the Lohen Lcs2 package and gtt packages will just be off the shelf parts nothing really unique. The link below is good introductory reading.
