Digital switch over prob's

I live in Plymouth, devon. Apparently the great digital switchover happened at our local transmitter yesterday 09/09/09. I have now lost half my freeview channels, including channel 4, ITV channels etc. I have tried turning of the freeview box and reprogramming from scratch, but to no avial. Anybody got any ideas I could try? Cheer's.

If it's a modern box I'd try removing all channels and trying again. If it's an old one it may not be compatible any more. Check Freeviews web site.
