I'm looking at getting a car resprayed and I was hoping someone could recommend a good bodyshop in or around Aberdeen that's done prestige cars in the past.

Thanks

Best around Aberdeen, Kinghorn Bodyshop in Blackburn or Castlepark Autobody in Ellon.

Another recommendation for Kinghorn in Blackburn.

I know a few perfectionists who have had work done on thier pride and joy, and they've always been very happy with the quality of work.

Just to add, this Body Shop has worked on Nobles, a fleet of 997 GT3 Cups and many other prestige cars. He seems to be one of the best ones in the NE from what I hear.

Any ideas how much I should be looking at to respray an Elise - good enough condition underneath, just for a colour change? Would want a high quality finish though. Cheers

I used Kinghorn for my 911 when I was restoring it and Warren at North East Autobody for any other paintwork jobs.

If was to choose again then i'd go with Warren as he's well priced, quality job and a genuine car enthusiast to boot.

Having said that, Kinghorn did an A1 job on my 911 and I wouldn't hesitate in putting car there again...i'll just need to save up harder to cope with the bill!!

Warren's place is here:
