All biscuits should be checked by the Government's Vetting, Barring and Icing Scheme. Biscuits that also have frequent contact with consumers should also register for the scheme at a once off cost of £64. Biscuits with a criminal record will not be able to be consumed. The Government has your safety as its number 1 priority!
