XKR pics please
Discussion
I'm looking to get an XKR next year trying to decide between Botanical Green and Emerald fire. As usual the car configurator on the website is totally unrealistic and gives no real impression of what the car will look like.
I was hoping that any owners on here could post some pics to help out. It doesn't have to be a new shape XK but obviously that would be ideal.
Also, do Jaguar do bespoke colours?
My favourite colour ever is the 'reflex charcoal' that covers my TVR Tuscan. It's pricey stuff but I'd have an XKR in that if they'd let me.
cheers

In the end it is up to you. IMHO Botanical is non metallic and looks dull. Emerald Fire, is the new Jag Racing Green, changed the gold fleck to a silver fleck in the paint. If you want green go for Emerald Fire, if you want dark go for Midnight.....
PS Jag will do any colour you want, but it won't be worth the expense.

thanks for the replies,
regarding emerald fire are you saying that it used to have a gold fleck in it but now they've changed it to a silver fleck, but it's still called emerald fire?
I'm still in favour of a bespoke colour to make the car unique. That said there is a limit to how much I'd be prepared to pay for it!

Yes. Jaguar Racing Green (gold fleck) has been discontinued to be replaced with Emerald Fire (silver fleck). Midnight black (gold fleck) has been replace by Ultimate Black (silver fleck)etc.regarding emerald fire are you saying that it used to have a gold fleck in it but now they've changed it to a silver fleck, but it's still called emerald fire?

The new Kyante Blue is rare and different.....
