Time being relative, it is the fact that light from the 'future' hasn't reached my -one year eyes yet meaning I am in 'the past' correct? But if the destruction of the future throws the Mass of Earth out into Eternity at Speeds faster than light... could the Future destruction start raining down on me in the Past?

Just to clarify, the speed of light is the fastest that anything would ever be able to travel. This refers to light photons (packets of energy). Electrons (or any 'object') an only ever get -close- to the speed of light under extreme circumstances. An example would be electrons being forced around a synchrotron particle accelerator.

In a vacuum, the speed of light is approximately 3 x 10^8 m/s. Or 299,792,458 m/s to be exact. If the light travels through air or glass, the speed would reduce.
