Can they be cleared down quicker or not shown in the general search ?

Sorry about that - as the classifieds become more popular, more and more adverts are being added, and lots of them sell very quickly indeed. It is often useful for users of the site to be able to see if a car they've been watching has sold.

Adverts stay up for 30 days, so if they're marked as sold on day 3, this can mean a longer stint as 'Sold' than is ideal. This certainly something we can look at changing in the future. A dropdown box to remove 'Sold' from search results may be a good solution and its something that we're looking at implementing soon.
