Rotary Aquaspeed problem

I bought my Rotary aquaspeed in december 08, in march this year the face cracked for no apparent reason (no large knocks or anything), so i took it back to the jewelers and rotary replaced the glass gratis.
Got the watch back and within a month the same thing happened again. To look at the watch it is as new apart from the face obviously! I've been really busy with work commitments recently so not had the chance to take it in. But I am worried that if I accept another replacement glass the same will happen again (maybe due to a problem with the bezel?)
Should I demand a replacement watch?
