Does anyone know where I can see some in the flesh and try them on? I really like the look of them but can't find anything other than online retailers.
Are they nicely made etc?

thanks, Jonny.

I've got an S1 which I'm very happy with other than the strap feels a bit loose at the pins.

I'm putting it on a NATO soon though so hopefully it will be better.

Generally a nice watch though and if you're anywhere near Manchester let me know and you're welcome to see it.

No point in looking at Werners anymore on this make of watch.
Nick has stopped dealing with them due to pricing and the way Astroavia work with dealers.

This is a recent email Nick sent me:-

Astroavia watches dont sell as well as they used to due to enforced raised pricing both in and out.

I.E,we sell at their price or lose the dealership.

We would have to buy over 1.5 kGBP worth of watches to re-stock on the range, only to have them sit there for months effectivly owing us money.

Best Regard's,

Nick at WSE

To contradict the above post I too had a recent email from Nick which states he has "repaired his relationship with AstroAvia and will soon be stocking them again although slightly more expensive than before."

I have an S4 Lux, and it's awesome. Probably the best watch I've ever owned, but then that's not saying much!

Not that I am aware of. No marks on it. When I reset the stop watch the hand spins round and stops at the 2 position not 12.

It's not broken. You need to set it again. Pull the adjustable dial out and press the bottom button until it reaches the twelve. This prob makes no sense lol.

Buuump! )

Any of you venerable peeps have good reason for talking me out of such a purchase?

Opinions welcome. smile

It appears to include bracelet, leather strap, box & free RM p&p, all for under a ton. Am I missing something folks?

The same seller that has an AstroAvia listed at BIN £99, with a postage cost of £1K.

I would avoid personally.

ETA: he also previously had one up at the bargain price of £10K BIN.

Mmm, yes I saw that. Thought he might have still been thinking in lire. wink

Still, for some peace of mind, he does accept paypal.

Here's some opinions for you,

http://forums.watchuseek.com/f71/astroavia-221545-...

Why not buy direct? It's a much safer option, and there's loads more to choose from,
