My 348 GTB won't re-start just after it has been for a long run

The dashboard lights and cooling fans turn on but the solenoid doesn't even click !

After about 10 mins it start perfectly

Its been in the garage for a new starter motor, alternator and battery but still the problem

Sometimes also it starts but with only half power - it sucks when you press the pedal but seems to be starved of fuel.

Grimaldi engineering say there is no overtemperature trip but there is a high temp cat light

Any ideas why it wont' start ??

regards

348's are known not to hot start if the flywheel needs repacking with the special grease, I guess it upsets the crank sensors, this maybe your problem?

Mine sometimes doesn't start straight away when hot. I find that if you leave the ignition on for 20 seconds then try it its fine.

Yep, sounds like a hot start problem

Here's more info: http://www.my348.com/348.html#HardStart

Here's the tutorial on how to do it.
