No, but I've been to the one in Cornwall so I assume it's very similar.

It was pretty good. A nice starter for gourmet dining but not a patch on other top end restaurants, the service is friendly and efficient the food good quality and the wine normally well matched.

Overall I'd recommend it.

Much better (and a lot cheaper) at lunchtime than dinner IMO.

Yes, several times. Go to the McDonalds just down the road, it's better.

Been to the trattoria years ago (when new)

It is 90 seconds walk from our office, so I've taken several people out for lunch there as they all wanted to go...

A friend of mine was an apprentice chef down there, now working at theo randals @ the intercontinental mayfair

The food is OK, what really does for it is that it is massively overpriced.

The fact that the website has "The Dining Room does not cater an à la carte menu of an evening" and thinks that's English is enough to put me off.
