Darzi Roadmap - what is it?

Trying to answer a couple of H/W quesions and one makes mention of the Darzi Roadmap for the NHS. Did Darzi actually write a roadmap? Google seems to suggest he didn't but that the Royal College of General Practitioners did. Is it possible that this is what is meant? Unfortunately I can't ask them person who set the question and the course handouts don't mention "Darzi" or "Roadmaps" at all.

er....might be referring to his infamous report....not exactly a roadmap tho.... haven't seen any new stuff from him particularly...not referring to some of the individual trust plans generated from it I suppose?

I would imagine it will be the Next Stage Review. Not heard anything about a 'roadmap'.

Well, this is what I wondered, whether you're supposed to track down an example from a local PCT or something. Hmm. Problem is it says "The Darzi roadmap".
