Brawn to drop Button?

sounds a little crazy to me- Brawn might drop button for Rosberg!

i'd rather have a 29 yr old drivig than a 37 yr old.

Doubtful, possible foot in at McLaren though.

I heard that it could be Rosberg instead of Barry. A bit more believable perhaps?

nothing sounds solid there, i reckon brawn may either keep both drivers or will drop whoever doesnt become WDC

Does sound like a long shot BUT remember Mercedes are buying into Brawn and gave them the engine for this season. A German driver may be essential.

At which point Sutil starts looking good.... since Vettel is pretty tied to RedBull I think.

Sutil? What is it with us on here. A driver does a good job in one race and he becomes an overnight sensation. Some Ferrari fans actually thought Fisi could have won at Monza even though he has done close to nothing in his long F1 career. Vettel was the next Schumi after winning at Monza last year and now that Sutil has one OK race, he deserves the Brawn seat??

Only Rosberg would seem viable as a partner to Jenson/Rubens.

How about Button and Hamilton at McLaren for Team UK Mercedes and Rosberg and Sutil at Brawn for Team Kraut Mercedes...

The point was, really, that since both teams are British and one of them has a long-standing livery of silver it'd be more appropriate to make McLaren the German team.

I don't think this idea has got legs if I'm honest.

Nah, course they won't drop button....unless of course he's decided he's moving, which he won't as he has a contract

Personally, i'd be amazed if brawn changes it driver line up at all....i mean, why would you?! They're one bloody two!

Mclaren should go back to orange!!! id love to see sutil at Mclaren for a season to see how good of a support driver he could be to lewis.

Someone on the McLaren road car thread mentioned he worked for Ron and the silver they use isn't due to the West or Mercedes link up, it is their own livery, Ron like silvers, blacks and whites (with hints of orange).
