Have never really been a fan.
My opinion was galvanised when i shared the same flight as him back from LAX last year and he was full of Primadonnerisms and general flouncing.
However, his efforts for Sport Relief has me rethinking.
Should my opinion be swayed?

Funnily enough I actually saw him running in Nottingham last week. Just as I was walking to work I saw a bloke with a camera rig sat on Trent Bridge and a fella running towards him. I looked at the runner and thought, I'm sure that was Eddie Izzard but of course no one would believe me!
It was on the local news that evening and whatever you think of the bloke and his brand of comedy, that amount of running is some achievement!

He must have had a very reasonable level of fitness prior to undertaking the 5 weeks training.
I can run...a bit....I would find it very hard to walk unaided following a marathon, never mind run another! 40 odd times! Jeesus
Apparently his first marathon took him 10 hours and he is now down to five hours. He was unfit but doing a marathon a day will soon get you fit. If your body can withstand the pounding.I can run...a bit....I would find it very hard to walk unaided following a marathon, never mind run another! 40 odd times! Jeesus
