Headlight beam adjustment for Europe

Guys, is it possible to adjust the headlights for righthand use. I seem to remember the ability to rotate each lamp module slightly, is this to allow the lights to be set for left and right side driving?

If that is the case what tools are required, and does anybody actually bother ?

Two screws with posi drive heads.
Release screws, rotate, re-tighten.
It takes longer to get the covers on and off than the actual adjustment.

I use a set of stickers from Halford's. And they perform pretty well. I have seen them at the petro station as well. £6.00
