Connecting PS2 to Monitor

Can i connect my PS2 to a Flat screen monitor?

(I can only think of getting a TV Card for the pc and hooking it up that way)
I wanted to bypass the computer.

I believe you need to get a VGA box. I'll try and find one.

No problem, is that what you want? The price may seem a bit expensive, but i think that's what they generally retail at.
